Return & Refund Policy

Return Window
All sale items are non-refundable.
Returns must be initiated within 5 days of receiving your item for a refund, or within 7 days for an exchange.

To be eligible, items must be in the same condition that you received them—unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging. Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If your return is approved, we will email you a return shipping label and instructions.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Sale items (all sales final)

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Perishable goods (food, plants, flowers, etc.)

  • Personal care items (beauty products, hygiene items)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive the item you want is to return your item (within the 7-day exchange window). Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason. The item must still meet return eligibility standards: unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging, with proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund is approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note: Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
